Hotel pricing
Hotel prices depend on destination, dates, occupancy, room type, meal plan, cancellation terms and live supplier availability. Search and room pages show the currency attached to the selected supplier rate. The current booking flow displays USD unless a different supported currency is clearly identified.
Final price check
The selected rate is checked again before booking. If availability, price or terms change, the booking should not be submitted until the updated details are shown and accepted.
Taxes and fees
Any included or excluded taxes and fees are determined by the selected rate and hotel. Charges payable directly at the property, when supplied, are separate from the online booking amount and should be displayed before confirmation.
Online payments
When online payment is enabled, available payment methods are shown at checkout and payment credentials are entered through the enabled payment provider's secure flow. Do not send card details, CVV codes, banking passwords or OTPs to Escape For You support.
Failed or duplicate payment
If money appears debited but a booking is not confirmed, do not immediately place the same order again. Contact support with the payment reference and booking attempt details so the final payment and supplier status can be verified.
