Escape For You provides an online interface for searching accommodation and submitting booking requests to integrated suppliers. The hotel provides the stay and the supplier provides the inventory, price and rate conditions used for the reservation.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter into a booking agreement and must provide complete, accurate guest and contact details. Names should match the identification documents that guests will present at the property.
3. Availability and prices
Search results are live and may change before confirmation. A displayed room is not reserved until the supplier accepts the booking and confirmation references are issued. Prices, taxes, meal plans, occupancy limits and payment terms are rate-specific.
4. Booking confirmation
Submitting guest details is a request to create the selected booking. A processing screen or payment debit alone is not proof of confirmation. The final booking status page and issued order references determine whether the reservation was confirmed.
5. Hotel and rate conditions
Check-in rules, identification requirements, deposits, local taxes, child policies, extra-bed charges, pet rules and other property conditions may apply. You are responsible for reviewing the selected room and cancellation terms before confirming.
6. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations and refunds follow the selected rate's policy and supplier response. Some reservations are non-refundable or may become non-refundable after a stated deadline. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for the general process.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent reservations, interfere with security controls, scrape protected data, impersonate another person or use payment information without authorization.
8. Service interruptions
Availability can be affected by suppliers, hotels, networks and third-party services. We will take reasonable steps to show an accurate final status, but cannot promise uninterrupted access to external systems.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the service, supplier flow or legal requirements change. The current version and its last-updated date are published on this page.
