Digital service delivery
Hotel search results are delivered on the website. After a booking request is accepted by the supplier, the confirmation status and order references are delivered electronically on the booking status page.
Delivery timing
Many booking requests receive a result promptly, but a supplier may continue processing a reservation. While processing, keep the booking status page open or return using the secure status link. Do not create a duplicate booking until a final status has been verified.
Confirmation details
A confirmed booking should identify the hotel, room, stay dates, amount, partner order ID and supplier order ID. Keep these references available for check-in, support and cancellation requests.
No physical shipping
Accommodation bookings do not include shipment of a physical item. A courier tracking number or postal delivery timeline therefore does not apply. The hotel stay itself is provided by the accommodation property on the confirmed dates.
Delivery problem
If a confirmed reservation is not visible or the status remains processing for an unusual period, contact support with the available order or payment reference. Do not send confidential payment credentials.
